Please Take A Moment To Vote In the Current Summer TV Poll... Thank You.

Since some of you may watch more than one of these shows, this poll allows you to make multiple selections. My apologies for not stating this earlier.

  1. But you don't have the show I'm waiting for in the poll :( I'm waiting for Psych. Much better eye candy in that one.

  2. Mistress of the D: Because of its popularity, I'm surprised that EW didn't include "Psych" in their summer TV preview issue (my source for compiling the poll). Maybe they didn't have a confirmed premiere date... who knows? Anyways, I added it to the poll.

  3. I voted for Weeds in that poll.

I'm bummed that FX moved The Shield to the fall. I don't want to wait until September.

  4. I don't watch any of those shows :(

  5. Hmm, maybe I'm out of touch. I haven't heard of any of these. Are they any good?

  6. The CLoser is one of my favorite shows ever! I just love it and the entire cast! Can't wait til it starts again.

  7. I cheated and took this poll even though I don't have cable.. But I do love the show Monk :)

  8. I'm a big "Defective Detective" fan so Monk was my #1, but I also like Psych and "Saving Grace" is phenomenal, can't wait for that one!

BTW, thanks for taking my retro commercial/jingles quiz! I just posted the answers to this retro commerical/jingles quiz yesterday.....

.....and I cheated! I was so tired I put "real thing" to #10 in the original post and had to go back and edit it to "Pepsi Generation"!!! I'm so ashamed, lol.

And me a died in the wool Pepsi drinker!

  9. I love Army Wives, Weeds, The Closer, and of course Monk. DON'T MAKE ME CHOOSE!

  10. Saving Grace? Seriously? How can anyone even stand that woman?

I REALLY love Monk and can't wait for more...

  12. Jay: I feel you on the wait for "The Shield". The same thing happened to me waiting for "Monk" to return early in its run. Because of the long wait, I ended up falling off as a viewer.

Barbara: I don't know what type of shows you watch... otherwise, I might offer a recommendation.

Jessica: I would recommend Weeds, Mad Men, The Closer, Monk, and Army Wives.

Shannon, The Rock Chick, and Candy: During a recent marathon, I caught an episode or two of "The Closer". That's a pretty good show.

Have any of you seen the promos for the upcoming season of "The Closer"? They are pretty funny and may cause me to tune in again this upcoming season.

Frigga: No cable?! I'd be struggling w/o it.

Pop Art Diva: One of the reasons I like "Monk" is because he is flawed and brilliant. When I saw that you had said The Real Thing was the right answer for Pepsi, I was like "Huh, I got it right?" I remembered "The Choice of a New Generation", but that was too many words for the answer you were looking for.

Pjazzy: Choosing one would be a bitch wouldn't it? As we talked about yesterday, you can choose multiple shows for the poll. My mistake for not spelling that out in the post.

Thembi: Your description of Grace makes me want to watch the show now, lol.

Pussreboots: Oh well, maybe next time.

  13. I can't vote for any of them--I don't watch a single one. I can only vote for The Tudors, which isn't here.

  14. Abstaining from this poll. I haven't watched any of these.

  15. I don't watch any of those. Guess I am boring. These days I am watching little tv. I like House, 30 Rock, Bones, Eli Stone and one on ABC that Aston Kutcher produced, about a high school guidance counselor...but I cannot remember what it is called. Mis..something?

  16. TLC: The show you are referring to that's exec. produced by Ashton Kutcher is called "Miss Guided". Unfortunately, ABC has cancelled the show. I wish I had watched it because the premise sounded promising.
