The gang at the 4077th sewed up nearly half of the vote in the recent poll in which I asked readers to select their favorite TV series that was adapted from a movie. Coming in 2nd is a show that many felt was actually better than the film... Buffy, the Vampire Slayer. Even though I provided an "other" option, there wasn't any series that received a write-in vote. However, I am glad that I included the option anyway. If I didn't, there would have been some disgruntled My Big Fat Greek Life fan wondering why the best show ever to star Nia Vardalos wasn't included in the poll.Here are the final results:
