Answers To Friday Funday Trivia: What's the Name of That Damn Show?!

Before getting to the answers, here are the names of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers this week:

1st place-  Jon: 35 pts
2nd place- Annie: 28 pts
3rd place- Teresa: 26 pts

Congratulations to those who made it to the podium and thanks to everyone who played. Because this quiz turned out to be a bitch, extra props to those of you who still dove into the shark infested waters. I guess the old adage "out of sight, out of mind" is true to a certain extent. I'll try to take it a little easier on you guys next week. :-)

10. 4 pts- Real People- One of NBC's few successes during the late 70s/early 80s, this reality series (which ran from 1979-1984) had segments which featured a news report consisting of visits to people with unique occupations or hobbies, occasionally bringing some of them in-studio to interact with the audience.

11-15
11. 3 pts- The Fall Guy
12. 4 pts- Hang Time- This series, which ran from 1995-2000, was part of NBC's Saturday morning "TNBC" block of shows. The cast, which had many changes during its run, featured such people as former NFL star Dick Butkus and Anthony Anderson (Barbershop, The Departed, and Law & Order)

15. 6 pts- The Rookies: This cop drama ran on ABC from 1972-1976 and starred Michael Ontkean (Twin Peaks), Sam Melville, Georg Stanford Brown, and a pre-Charlie's Angels Kate Jackson.

The best intentionally funny answer of the week goes to Celina, who said "Mrs. King: Life Without Scarecrow".
