Malcolm, ya know I loves ya...but how can I do your shopping poll if
I HATE SHOPPING!!!!
which means...you better have the category "via personal shopper" for me to be able to vote!!!
hehheh...
I should have been a guy, I drink beer, hate shopping and don't like to talk about my feelings...
Candy Minx: I was thinking of people like you... that's why I put in option 3 (Let my significant other do it for me). Since I'm not splitting hairs, a personal shopper is close enough to "significant other". I'm not wild about shopping, but doing it online makes things alot easier.
Now in order to be a guy, there are some other qualifications. Can you get ready to go out in under 30 minutes? You also cannot have a closet full of shoes or watch "Oprah", lol.
I like to do a mix of on-line/catalog and in-person shopping. If I know what I want ahead of time, then I prefer to avoid the crowds. But if I'm not sure what to get someone, it's easier to browse the mall.
If I could afford it, I'd pay somebody else to do it. I DON'T LIKE IT. I hate malls. I hate the crowds. I hate the nasty salespeople. I hate it all. I hate the obnoxious drivers who steal parking spaces. Oh, goodness... I could go on and on! LOL!
Happy TT!
My Thursday Thirteen is: 13 of the sexiest and/or most romantic love scene clips on film.
You know I do my shopping online as I'm a proud My Power Mall Member (http://lovemypowermall.com)
Too SCARY to go to a brick and mortar store - seriously.
Smiles,
Holly
Sorry, I didn't vote. I do both the physical stores and the online stores. I like having access to both types of venues. :-)
Oops...well, I did vote...and although I'd prefer a personal shopper...even for groceries!!! My sig other doesn't do shopping for me either...so I voted on actual shopping. I do hoof it around.
I love giving gifts...a lot!!! Justnot the actual going to stores. What I doias I figure out what I'm giving...find out where it's sold...phone the store ask them to hold item...and then go in quick, buy it and close the deal. FAST.
Oh...and in response to "a guy" I fail...you're right, I watch Oprah...a lot! I can get ready though in under 30 minutes...if my hair has already been washed earlier in the day! And nope...do not have a closet full of shoes...or clothes!
Did you know apparently we only wear 5-8 percent of our clothes we own throughout the year?
I detest shopping. Therefore, I try to do as much as I can online. But since I put shopping off 'til the last minute, I run into that pesky "currently out of stock" problem. Then I actually have to go to a store. You would think that an online store would have more stock than a physical store, but that doesn't always seem to be the case.
