Barbara: When you imitated the TV show theme, I thought that you were voting for Adam West. Your comments about Val Kilmer made me laugh.

I'm Down: Thanks for stopping by. That was a good crack you made about Val's weight. When I read Barbara's comments, I was thinking of a recent pic I saw of a somewhat flabby Val at the beach.

I really love the campiness of the TV show. I can't help it!

I can't vote for Keaton because, although he's a Pittsburgh boy, I will never see him as Batman. He'll always be Billy Blaze to me. Best. Role. Ever.

Mistress of the D: Because all of the others played Batman more recently than Adam West, I was worried that one of my childhood idols would get shut out. I must say that I am pleasantly surprised at the amount of love that he is getting.

Damien: One of my favorite lines from "Gung Ho" is when Keaton says, "This face is on the case". I still use it from time to time.

Beckeye: When they first announced that Keaton would be playing the Dark Knight, I couldn't see it at all. I have to give it to him though, because he pulled it off.

His role in Night Shift runs neck and neck with his performances in "Gung Ho" and "Mr. Mom".

Jack (Keaton): You wanna beer?

Ron (Martin Mull): It's 7 o'clock in the morning.

Jack: Scotch?

Wow, I can't believe Christian Bale doesn't have many votes so far...I think he's far and away the best Batman! Although I do agree Val Kilmer was a cutie on those days.

Difficult, difficult, difficult!

Adam West for being an old nostalgic fart, but Val Kilmer was sooooo rawr!!
I finally chose Christian Bale, cause I really liked the movie ;)

Adam West did a great job as T.V.s Batman but that version of the Dark Knight Detective was flawed. So I concentrated on the more modern incarnations of the character and by far I think Micheal Keaton showed the most depth. Christian Bale I would have tie with Val Kilmer.

Weeellll...

I didn't understand the question at first...but a super question.

I think I have to say Val Kilmer.
Then...

George Clooney...

but I LOVED Michael Keaton...I like them all for different reasons...

and sheesh what about that hottie Chritian Bale?

I'm stumped...Keaton brought something super special

Did you know that Joel Schumacher said the best thing Val Kilmer did was sign on for Batman...and the next best thing he did was not do the sequel. Apparently...he's a perfectionist (a polite word for jerk to work with)

How aboutThe Saint...loved him in that role...

sorry I'm no help at all am I Malcolm
Candy

p.s. I added you to my blogroll...love your blog!

Cindy: Because he is the current Batman, I too thought that Christian Bale would be doing better in the polls. He is making a bit of a late run, but he is still trailing Adam West.

Julia: The important questions in life are never easy are they? lol

It's funny how many of the ladies who have voted are referencing the hotness of their choice. But hey, ladies need their eye candy just like us men.

Dane Bramage: My best friend is a comic book fan and despises the TV version of "Batman" starring Adam West.

Candy Minx: Decisions...decisions...decisions.

I do remember hearing that Joel Schumacher quote about Val Kilmer. I've heard other stories about his "jerk quotient" as well.

Thanks for adding my link to your page. I returned the favor. I looked at your profile. I liked the diversity of your favorites.
