I know you're probably thinking I'd pick Catwoman since it's almost my alter-ego, but the truth is my fave is The Joker! The Riddler would be #2!
I picked the Riddler. But to be honest, I haven't seen all of the different Batman movies.
Happy Monday! :-)
Hi!I picked catwoman.
By the way, thanks for the visit at my blog.
"favorite" threw me off so I picked the one that creeped me out the most as a kid - The Penguin!
Joker... Evil personified. The best!
Had to pick Catwoman. I adored Julie Newmar and Eartha Kitt in the role.
Jessica: You threw me off because I did figure you to be a Catwoman fan.
Frigga: So many movies, so little time. I have only seen "Batman" starring Michael Keaton and "Batman and Robin" with George Clooney. I did see parts of "Batman Returns" and "Batman Forever".
Mica: Thanks for returning the visit and voting in my poll.
Barbara: A few weeks ago I was thinking about what an amazing actor Burgess Meredith was. Like you said, he made a creepy Penguin. It's hard to believe that it's the same man who appeared as a mild mannered bookworm in an episode of "The Twilight Zone".
Doubledeckersguy: Even though they approached the role differently, I liked both Cesar Romero and Jack Nicholson's take on The Joker. I am interested to see how Heath Ledger handles it in the next Batman installment.
X. Dell: I wish that either some channel brings the reruns of "Batman" back to TV or that the legal wranglings can get straightened out so that it can finally be released on DVD.
I liked the penguin. We had a mean old substitute in high school that the kids *not me of course :)* called "The Penguin". It was more of her walk....Did you see the new AMC show Breaking Bad? I know you like AMC, so I was hoping you did. I just wrote a post about it.

Holly: Your substitute teacher story is pretty funny. I am picturing her walking like Burgess Meredith with a monocle and a cigarette holder sticking out of her mouth.
I missed "Breaking Bad" when it premiered the other night. I just checked the schedule and it looks like AMC will be repeating it throughout the week so I'll try to catch it then.
An interesting poll. I assumed by the logo you used you were referring to the T.V. show with Adam West (and I could be wrong). I think I would have done it in two parts. One with standard Batman villains translated from the comics and one with villains just made up for the TV show. Then you could have added King Tut, Bookworm, and Egghead. I chose Mr. Freeze primarily because I couldn't choose which of the Catwomen I liked best. I loved Frank Gorshin's Riddler too.
If you include the films then my favorite would have to be Jack Nicholson's Joker (only because you didn't list Ra's Al Ghul!)
Rockin' With Frigga is back!!

Dane: Thanks for taking part in the poll. Your comic book fandom shows because you are too tough for me, lol.
The reason I chose the logo for this post was simple... I liked the design. Plus, I had used the famous black and gold Batman logo for a previous poll.
I decided to go with the 5 villains selected due to their popularity and because they have been featured in the comics, the 60s TV series, and the movies. Because some of my younger readers may not have seen the 60s TV series, I decided not to include villains that were created specifically for it.
Frigga: Thanks for the heads up.
Malcolm...Stagg wants to vote for Catwoman...he can't because we are on the same computer...so maybe you can record his vote! Thanks!
Candy: Stagg's vote for Catwoman has been recorded.
