I'll vote for Charlie because I like his tv comedy, it's as good a reason as any :)!
I'm going with Jessica & Cash although I don't hold much hopes for any of them to be honest :)
I picked Jessica... but it's kinda like just asking for the quick pics in the lottery, I don't know nearly enough about these people to know... And honestly, I have way more respect for celebrities who have enough respect for themselves to keep these issues out of the media.

Great quiz. It's fascinating to even think about. I voted for Jay Z and Beyonce because I like the way they manage their relationship. I also think they are serious people, committed to what they do, so why not a relationship?
I like Jessica Alba, but she's young. I hope Mariah Carey's relationship lasts. She so deserves to be happy and has had a tough tough time of it. She seems happy now
Pete Wentz is also a serious guy - dedicated to his friends. So there's a chance - I just don't trust any one with the last name Simpson.

Pop Art Diva: "Two and A Half Men" is one of my favorite sitcoms. Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer play well off of each other and are backed by a solid supporting cast.
The Rock Chick: I just thought about something. Jessica Alba is somewhat of a rare breed amongst the young Hollywood crowd. I have never heard a story about her being in any sort of trouble. She's like the anti-Lindsay Lohan.
Frigga: Comparing it to a lottery is a good analogy. There have been celeb marriages that have lasted that I didn't expect would and others that surprised me in their brevity.
Candy: I agree with you. For me, it would be a toss-up between Jessica/Cash and Beyonce'/Jay-Z.
O.G. Claudia: Mariah's marriage to Nick Cannon may surprise us all by lasting longer than expected. Although I am not a huge fan of Mariah's, I was happy that she was able to turn things around after both her personal and professional life appeared to be going down the tubes.
The Mistress of the D: Had I phrased the poll question in a different way (example: Which of these celeb marriages will last longer than a year?), "None of the above" would have been an option. :-)
