This week we're all about The Fab Four aka The Beatles.

Who is your favorite Beatle? John Lennon

What is one of your favorite Beatle songs? Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End

Best/Worst cover of a Beatles song.
Best: We Can Work It Out by Stevie Wonder (rec. in 1971)
Worst: A Hard Day's Night by Peggy Lee

Best song by a Beatle after the breakup. "Crippled Inside" by John Lennon (from the 1971 album Imagine)

I'd forgotten Peggy Lee! That was sad. Now that you mention it, William Shatner did a horrendous Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, didn't he? But as I recall, that was at least *funny.* I went with Barry Manilow's schmaltzy butchering of "Yesterday."

Interesting idea for a meme...I like your choice for best single after break up.

Yes, the end medley from Abbey Road is awesome. I've never heard that cover, though I think the worst that I have posted trumps it.

Nice choices.

I'll say George as favorite, the Abbey Road closing suite as best "song," Phil Collins' "Tomorrow Never Knows" as best cover, William Shatner's "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" as worst cover, and John's "Watching the Wheels" as best post-breakup song.
