OH, that Rundgren song is PERFECT for a weekend! Let's bang on the drum all day, ok, and drive people nuts! ;)
Bustin' Out - no L7 here !!!
I like them all except the B-52s. I am just allergic to that band. Don't ask why... I just heard them too much growing up I guess. Have a great weekend!
Nice!!
Oh my all those songs are great! I'm going to let you guess, though, which one you think is my favorite of the 5. I know you love trivia questions! :)
Wooly Bully - very fun.
Oh yeah!!!! Great list!! Love that Rundgren song, perfect choice!
OMG - I sang Wooly Bully with a band in a talent contest in junior high! Does that take me back! Thanks, Malcolm!
"Hatty told Matty 'bout a thing she saw: had two big horns and a wooly Jaw. Wooly Bully. Wooly Bully!"
Just be thankful there's no sound on posts, lol!

Oh god! The Rundgren song used to get played for The Friday Morning Joke Off on B-94 when I was in school and now it opens the Friday Free For All on the Pickle.
(I hate that song)
Did you ever see my pics of Sam The Sham btw?
Nice! I always rock "Off The Wall" by Michael Jackson!
Natsthename (aka Superstar): I sometimes wish I had an actual drum to bang on all day!
Mad Hatter: I see you are down with a lesser known tune in the Rick James catalog. :-) Thanks for stopping by!
Ivanhoe: Since you are allergic to The B-52's, I think you should take some "Good Stuff"... here it tis... here it tis...
The Rock Chick: Hmm... which one of these songs gets the Rock Chick going? Since nothing jumps out at me, I will take a stab and say "Wooly Bully".
Holly: I pulled out my Best of Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs CD yesterday for the first time in awhile. Believe it or not, they had some wilder and crazier songs than "Wooly Bully". If you are interested, I could send you some tracks to sample.
Polly: Thanks!
Pop Art Diva: Now I wish that the comments section was sound activated.
The Mistress of the D: For a song that wasn't a hit, "Bang On the Drum All Day" has taken on a life of its own. I think I might have seen your Sam the Sham pics. Did you see him at a concert with Rob Grill among others? At any rate, can you direct me to the Sam the Sham pics in case I didn't see them.
Thembi: Ooh, "Off the Wall" is a good one! Sometimes you gotta lay that 9 to 5 up on the shelf and just enjoy yourself.
Great list! I love them all and now my feet are tapping.
Malcolm: sorry, it is Love Shack. I love that song and could listen to it hundreds of times. In fact, I think I have :)
Simply Shannon: Thank you!
The Rock Chick: Damn, "Love Shack" was my 2nd guess.
