According to the L.A. Times, action star Steven Seagal is demanding an apology from the F.B.I. over allegations the bureau made against him that he feels ruined his career. The FBI affidavit accused him of hiring a former private eye to threaten a freelance reporter who was working on a story about the actor's possible ties to organized crime. Although Seagal was never charged, the bureau has not issued any statement clearing him.Maybe Seagal should blame his career woes on himself for basically playing the same character in nearly all of his films. As for apologies, there are probably moviegoers who feel that Steven should say he's sorry to them for "On Deadly Ground"... and for "The Glimmer Man"... also "Fire Down Below"...

Yes, this is the same character that ate himself out of being an action star.
Accordingly to Ja Rule after they filmed the appropriately titled "Half Past Dead," Seagal wears a toupee', fake tan lotion, and a girdle.
He makes what I call "excellent" bad movies. So cheesy, so predictable, but you know, you can't stop watching them. You can only make so many of those, though!!!
He's definitely not Oscar material and he should really be glad he had any career at all...

WP: That's pretty funny what Ja Rule said. It reminds me of what Rock Hudson said about John Wayne (that he wore lifts and a girdle)after working with him on "The Undefeated". Rock didn't mention the toupee', but The Duke definitely sported one.
Jessica: If he hasn't already, Seagal should thank the movie gods and goddesses for the career he had.
Amy: "This Plot Synopsis Is Empty" should be the title of Steven's next movie. At least it would let us know that he is in on the joke. Of course, this will never happen.
