Cartoon Trivia Tie-breaker

Since Julie and Sarah both got 12 out of 15 correct in the recent cartoon trivia game, it all comes down to a tie-breaker to determine which one is the queen of cartoon trivia. The first one of them to contact me at ultfan67@yahoo.com with the name of the cartoon character below will be the winner. Good luck to both of you.
